Index ART+ zakončil rok na rekordní hodnotě 1175,27 bodu. Nad hranici tisíc bodů se historicky poprvé dostal v listopadu díky serii rekordních prodejů v závěru měsíce. Od začátku roku povyrostl o 41 procent.

Během posledních dvou měsíců roku sběratelé a investoři na aukcích utratili více než 567 milionů korun, což je přes 40 procent celoročního obratu. Na růstu Indexu ART+ se však výrazně projevila i vysoká úspěšnost listopadových a prosincových aukcí a dosažené cenové nárůsty. Také hned sedm z deseti nejdražších obrazů roku bylo draženo na aukcích v závěru roku (top 10).
Rekordní byl uplynulý rok podle statistik ART+ též z hlediska počtu milionových děl i celkového obratu. Nad milion korun se prodalo 198 položek (o rok dřív jich bylo 157) a celkem sběratelé a investoři na aukcích utratili více než 1,2 miliardy korun. Meziročně tak trh s uměním povyrostl o víc jak 35 procent.
